1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
a) Contributions: When you contribute via Razorpay, Razorpay collects your name, email, payment details, and billing country for P1109 compliance. We do NOT store card details. We receive only name, email, amount, and transaction ID.
b) Analytics: We use Google Analytics to see which articles are read (anonymous).
c) Contact: If you email us, we store your email to reply.
2. HOW WE USE IT
– To process contributions and issue receipts
– To comply with RBI reporting under P1109
– To improve site performance
– We never sell your data.
3. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER
If you contribute from outside India, data is processed by Razorpay partner banks for cross-border settlement under P1109. Required for FIRS/FIRA.
4. DATA RETENTION
Contribution records are kept for 7 years for compliance. Analytics anonymized.
5. YOUR RIGHTS
You can request deletion of your email from the contributor list. GDPR/CCPA rights apply where applicable.
